Hi folks, my name's Chris and I live in Ellon, Aberdeenshire with my wife and 3 month old daughter. An electronic technician by trade, gradually turning my hand to the fabricating side of things on a motorsport basis.
Been heavily into cars for years, but one thing I've always wanted to try is tig welding. Done plenty of stainless stick and mig in the past, but tig just looks so much better. So been using a mates dads unitor Tig setup, very basic buts does the job, as we're fabricating a new exhaust for his car and it has to look good. I'll pop some photo's in the project section, only been doing tig about 5-6 days now, and we're shaping up better than I thought!
