Newbie from Gloucester looking for assistance/some one to weld

Im in to my old cars and have played around with a welder but don't feel confident enough to take on what is required. im in to my old cars an inevetiably it was going to come up.

Im looking for assistance / someone in Gloucester who can take on a project

Keep grinding - you'll need to get rid of the filler anyway and to find the extent of the rot so that you (and anyone willing to help) gets an idea of the extent of the job.

Hope you find the help you need, but jobs like you need done can be a bit like Topsy....it just "grewed & grewed" [i.e. they seem very straightforward at the outset... , although you appear to have done the groundwork

Car is water tight thankfully. This is the welder i have,was given a large supply of gas bottles 85%argon 15% co2

you will be changing them bottles a lot ! start gearing up towards a big bottle as soon as you can !

those little bottles only last about 10 to 15 minutes each you need the regulator on full to get anywhere the little regs are rubbish
