Newbie from Southampton looking for a low amp Mig welder

Hi all,

Stumbled across this site whilst searching for a mig welder

Having read loads about the welders themselves I've decided on a low amp Portamig/Oxford/britarc/MTA etc model - so if anyone has one for sale or knows where I can hire one then please contact me

In the meantime I'll be searching through the help threads and tutorials

I'll be restoring a MX5 by the way so mainly sheet metal work!

hello and welcome, i personally would recommend the portamig as i have one myself excellent machine backed up with great service from weldequip, you will find him at the top of the page hope you have success finding a machine and stay around a while interested to see your mx5 project always fancied one of those , laters.
