Hello, I am new to the forum and could really use a hand from some of the veterans on this board. I'll be starting schooling for structural welding, tig, and mig in the coming month and due to the fact that the state is funding my schooling, I need some questions answered.

1. What is a typical day like at your job?
2. What are your most important duties? Most interesting? What do you like the most about your job? What are the drawbacks?
3. How did you end up working in this field? How did you learn the craft?
4. What do you know now you wish you'd have known when you started?
5. What skills are needed for your position? What are tje minimum requirements?
6. What are the physical requirements?
7. Please describe your working conditions.
8. Has it been hard or easy to find employment?
9. Is there room to advance on your field? Is the industry growing?
10. Wages? Are there any other expenses required for your position?
I know this is quite a few questions but anyone that takes the time to answer would
