So long time Lurker on this site acting like a sponge :-) but could do with some direction.
I am restoring a camper and have brought an eBay pot blaster to just do the hard to get places.
So I have a Clarke boxer 14cfm that will live in the shed this models output appeared to be off the receicer via 1/2 bsp ballvalve.
First question should I junk the ballvalve or buy a better fullbore item current one has Id is about 11mm?
The ballvalve is connected to a 15mm Copper pipe circuit using a 13mm id flexable hose. The copper circuit is just a water trap with some drop legs with drains. The output is to a 1/2 bsp male.
Next question should I use 1/2 bsp connectors and 13mm Id hose to the shotblast pot? (My concern is at a later date I would like to Spray some epoxy primer and the large air line may be a pain) or could I use 11mm 3/8 air line?
Looking at the mods people have done to there shotblast pots should I junk the regulator and replace it with 1/2 bore item?
Or is the one supplied ok? Not looking for great performance from the setup just ok to good will be nice. Will be using jblast superfine and a 2.5mm ACE.
