Newbie Welder looking to become a Welding Wizard

Well hello there, I am very new to welding I was really just having a quick go of my friends MIG welder the other week and really enjoy doing it (he said it was pretty good but I think he was just being polite). Need a bit of a career change so considering taking it up as a hobby first and just seeing how it goes over the summer. This looks like a great site and look forward to pestering you for advice
