Hi all.

I have joined up as I have a project coming up.

I recently bought an Escort van which turned out to have serious rot on the rear chassis so have decided that rather than scrap it I would take the job on myself and rebuilt it to be strnger than ever!

I have done welding before whilst at the training school when I was an aprentice electrician and also went to a weldign night school for a term or so but never actually done any real welding other than practising!

I hope to use to forum for advice and information so I can repair my van as best as I can.

I have rebuilt the complete back end of one of them, not a to bad job.

Yeah. lol

Raced in the BSB Superstocks earlier this year and also played with European Superstock, Derby Phoenix, New Era, Wirral 100, MRO Powerbikes & KRC Endurance over the last 8 years or so.

Just given up for now hence selling the bigger van and getting the Escort van just for a run about.

I dont think i raced against you, i did ss600 99-04 with bemsee, forza extreme bemsee 05,mro stocksport 06, did 2 bsb superstock races in 05/06 but havent raced since 07. will try and do a few next season though

I might have watched you race at derby phoenix now you menntion it, snetterton 06 ?

I race Powerbikes with RiOT Racing last round in 2004 and also did a round of the Supertwins. In 2005 with RiOT Racing but with MRO Powerbikes not Bemsee Forza Extreme so our paths may have just crossed there? I then did a wild card with them in the British round of the European Superstocks but didn't really get anywhere.

I think I was at Snetterton in summer 2006 with DP on a CBR600 FSI racing in the F600.
