Hi im new and ive just posted this in the project section then found this sections so excuse me for posting it again
Hi Im new to the board and after reading a few post im well intrigued to see if i can find a bit of help. Ill give a little background, ive done lots of mig welding and i built my own monster trucks of which i have two, i done most of the work myself but some work was farmed out ie laser cut brackets and all aluminum work and any tig work Im about to build two new chassis so decided i needed a tig so i can do more work myself with the help of one or two dedicated volunteers.
I have just purchased a used MIGATRONIC PI200 AC/DC TIG baring in mind i have never done any tig work i now have a machine with what seems to be a very complicated set up Im looking for someone in my area that could come along and give some pointers on using the machine or even just setting a few of the pre set settings so that we can at least start using it
