Maypole turbo 120 MIG/MAG

hi,there not much to know ,,ex blacksmith with rusty car to fix for mot,,so am looking to buy a mig mag welder that can go down to at least 25amps lower is better for me,,as welding 20gauge mild steel to rusty fag paper
