I don't actually need any advice because I have found the answers to all of my questions on your splendid site, but I have taken the trouble to register to just say how nice it is to find a forum where experts are so friendly and welcoming to newcomers with their problems. Many sites seem to exist only to stroke the egos of those who run them by demeaning those who ask for help. This site is like a breath of fresh air.
Thanks for that, and I know where to come for help now when I blow more holes my own restoration project than rust has caused in the last twenty five years.
