Very nice use of some laser cutout slugs there, spot them lead in lines on the stool. Was collecting up a few today myself

Hi, what type of welder is the best for these nut and bolt sculptures?
I tried stick welding, and it is a bit too strong and not precise, cause these bolts are small.
Is MAG CO2 better? I would like to ask before I buy it. I have no experience with it. What should I look for among specs of the welder?
