Oil for Clarke Shhh Air 7/100

Hi guys this is my first post. This looks like an amazing forum, I hope I will be able to contribute.

I have a Clarke Shhh Air 7/100 its one of those silent ones that use the sealed compressors similar to that found in your freezer. My question is can anyone tell me what oil I need for it? I was about to order the manufacturers oil but Im guessing it's vastly overpriced so thoght i'd see what my options are.

Welcome to the forum.

Just to say it is important to use the correct oil, standard compressor oil, engine oil &c should not be used.

If it's still under warranty I'd use the Clarke oil and keep your receipts just in case it goes wrong, this type of compressor can easily seize.

Wow nice work mrfuzzy, I didn't think to look at the COSHH sheet. Than you very much.

rtbcomp, the compressor is out of warranty so I'm not to worried really, but if they are easily seized then maybe I'll stick with the Clarke oil.

It looks like Clarke are selling a cheaper version of the same oil, packaged differently. £9.98/Ltr

I have a bambi silent compressor and when i was asking around for cheaper oil a few years back I got told ISO 68 and this was the stuff by westway lubricants:
