oil-less compressor slow to build up air

hi guys, my compressor is very very slow to build up air. any ideas on that this could be?
here's a pic of it,

where are the filters in this compressor?

I Have exactly the same model and had exactly the same problem, there are 4 pistons in this machine and each one of those pistons has a lubricated plastic seal. To fit the seal you need to strip down the head and remove it carefully, bring the piston to the top of its travel and then you can undo the Philips head screw in the top of the piston, lift off the top of the piston and prise off the old seal, refitting is a straight reversal. I replaced the small head gaskets on mine at the same time. It now works like a dream. If I remember correctly I went onto the manufacturers website in Italy and viewed the sight in English (it helps) I sent them an email and they gave me an address of a parts supplier here in the UK, their name eludes me right now
