How should I be oiling this manual pneumatic tyre changer?
From what I can work out I should be using an oil thicker than air tool oil. The bead breaker cylinder has a plug presumably to put oil in it however the rim clamp cylinder doesn't. The tyre chuck is fed from the same inlet air block so from what I have read putting an inline oiler before the machine isn't the best idea. I could modify this but surely there is an acceptable way to oil it as it is. Sealey make a machine with effectively the same problem and they don't say how to oil it except the manual has a standard Chinese tool air line diagram with an oiler.
I haven't found any information about this manufacturer or model.
