Finally bit the bullet this weekend and I'm replacing the oil cooler seals which have been leaking for ages
The vehicle is an 09 Jeep Grand Cherokee with the Mercedes OM642 V6 diesel engine
It's a complete PITA of a job which is why I've been putting it off
Everything is out of the V including the oil cooler
Oil cooler has some weird hard deposit in the water side of the cooler, originally I thought it was emulsified oil but it's hard, almost like something has calcified

It's only on the 1 port and I'd rather replace than take any chances even though I'll probably be looking to sell it on later this year
Any suggestions on brands to avoid or just take a gamble
MB prices are ££££ so I'm looking at aftermarket options
