Our new Elegoo Neptune 3 MAX

It's huge. Really huge.
Lovely quality and a bargain at just under £400.
It will basically print up to something the size of a traffic cone. Not the huge motorway ones but the normal size.
It can print something like a Starwars helmet 2x life size.
Got it for my brother's birthday - just set it up today.
Has all the handy modern features like auto bed levelling and a spring steel bed plate.

First print was the demo one. A tiny little Buddha. Very nice resolution.
Brother is building a scale model of Weobley Castle in Gower. Going to do the base of a turret. Been designing it for months.
He is also building HMS Cossack. A tribal class destroyer. Model will be about 5 feet long. With this printer hull will be only 2 sections. Going to resin print the finer details. We also have the Elegoo Saturn which is a brilliant resin printer.

You can barely see the lines with the naked eye - very nice.

Only 10 hours left.
No detail in the walls as he is going to render them white just like the originals were.

Ran very well. A little bit of stringing from some points.
Really smooth running. Quality bit of kit and great value. Being able to go a lot bigger is a great advantage.
Note sheet of A4 for scale.
Tower was printed in 2 parts due to overhang.
