Oxy/ Acetylene cylinders

Hi all, I’m looking for some guidance on what to do with these oxy and acetylene bottles.

I inherited a workshop in 2017 (it came with the house) and I’m only just now getting round to clearing it out ready for demolition in the summer.
There is an oxy/ acetylene kit with a full oxygen tank and half full acetylene tank. To the best of my knowledge, they have not been used since at least 2012 (but probably much longer)

I’m not a welder so want to get rid of them. What should I do with them?

There are members on here that would probably take them off your hands, use the contents and return them back to boc in the near future.
