Hello,
Recently bought a swiss army ambulance, when delivered it came with its oxygen cylinder still full (new) in the back. Wondering how I can use this oxygen, from what I read: medical oxygen isnt any different to industrial, just higher purity. The vehicle is over 20 years old now, so I can exactly phone the swiss army and say "would you like your oxygen back", they left them in the vehicle when they auctioned it, so I cant see why I dont own them.
So, its a 200bar cylinder, about 3-4ft high. The tap has an MALE thread, exactly 1.034" in outer diameter. Obviously industrial bottles have a Female thread with a taper to seal.
What form of "adaptor" would I need to connect a standard Oxygen regulator?
Thanks in advance, I understand this is asking for loads of comments, but in short: I have 2, full, 200 bar oxygen cylinders: id like to use them somehow!
William
