Paint mix issue?

Curious for some group opinion.
This polyurethane 1k is ment to be satin.
I ordered one colour satin, one colour gloss.
Gloss level looks the same on both to me.
Would you call this satin?
I wouldn't even call this semi gloss.
This is after 24 hours drying. I thought it would dull back when it dried, but it hasn't.

How is this mixed? A tin of satin base mixed to my colour, or satin additive added to gloss base?

I've e.mailed the supplier, but I don't know of this is how it is (unlikely), or if they used the wrong base, or forgot to add an additive.

They also put some brushing additive in it for me, and it certainly seems to be behaving that way. Would that effect the gloss level?

I can only speak for car paint, but it shoudl be the same, you mix the colour and add matting agent.
Look up matting agent additive.

That's what I'd assumed, as you can adjust the level of sheen and order gloss level as a %.
I just wasn't sure if all paint was the same.
Didn't want to accuse them of not adding the additive if it's not mixed that way.
