Paint suppliers - old superceded code

I've got some touch-up work to do on a 1966 Renault 4 in 414 dark blue, but the code was only valid from '65 to '71 and was used again in 1976 for a silver metallic.

I can get the silver in cellulose easily, but I've only found the earlier dark blue in 2K which wouldn't blend with the existing paint.

Can anyone suggest any paint suppliers who are good at old paint codes, or if you are popping in to your local could you ask if they can do it.

My supplier will read a panel with a spectrometer and supply the paint in what ever form I ask for. I know its not easy to take a whole car along but is there some small panel you could pop off and get the exact match?
