I bought a cordless sabre saw in january. Its had a fair bit of use pruning and chopping sections out of my scimitars chassis, its been invaluable tbf. I lost the base plate/ adjustable foot in a hedge somewhere, emailed parkside about getting a replacement foot and they said they can't supply it so they're refunding the whole purchase price of the saw (£30). Maybe this is standard but it seems very self deprecating of them, quite impressive. The saw meanwhile is still useable if you can keep the teeth cutting rather than gripping. I've had much worse warranty experiences with Snap-On! Thumbs up Parkside!
