I was lugging long bars round today. One of them cheekily prodded my lovely welding hat. Totter Totter. Kerash, an expensive sounding crunch.
I presume spares are available, any body know where from. Damage visible in the photo. It is the model with built in hard hat.

helmet Number??? could be a generic clip covers most models

100% agree, Tom is very helpful, he has sent me two replacement cartridges for my Optrel E684 when it started playing up.

Hi...

I have an identical welding helmet on a hard hat! Optrel E680 on a white ratchet hat.

Can you keep yours up! (welding helmet) In the lift position?

Mine does not seem to have enuf spring in the catch!

Your thoughts please?

Mine has always behaved itself. I just push it up or down as needed. I have had it for quite a few years now with no problems, a great piece of kit.
Very stylish as well.

Cheers all, I will get onto this tomorrow. I have been using one of my student helmets all day, cheap, effective but not as nice or as comfy. Like going from Oakleys to supermarket shades.
