Frustrated that I couldn’t find a small accurate pillar drill which had the accuracy etc along with versatility I decided to build my own..
I’m very restricted on space etc so many of the good ones in the market are just too large.. I had a battery drill spare with a worn chuck spindle so I stole a spare chuck of a drill that didn’t work anymore and got the sloppy one driving the accurate one..
Really pleased with it especially as I can change a battery in approx 1 minute and due to the way I’ve made the holder tailor fit there’s no requirement to re-align anything for accuracy etc.
