Pipe to small for pressure switch.

I've bought a new pressure switch but the compression fitting for the unloader valve is 6.5mm so now my old 6mm pipe won't fit. So is there a way that I can make the pipe fit as the olive that came with the switch is to slack on the pipe.

Are you sure about 6.5mm? The ones I've seen are 1/4 inch (6.3mm) or 6mm metric.

It's a plastic pipe. Here is a photo of the switch.

Compression fitting. My old switch was a push fitting.

Looks like you'll have replace the pipe and the connector in the non-return valve.

It may be possible to swap the unloading valve with your old one, but there's a risk of causing damage!

I broke the old unloading valve and that's why I had to replace the switch Would you know what size pipe I would need.

According to what you said it's 6.5 mm.

I'd take the switch and the fitting from the non-return valve (NRV) to a pneumatic component supplier and ask for a length of suitable pipe and a new fitting for the NRV.
