Plasma,rig, arc combo any good?

Has anyone had any experances with the bellow item for light hobby use? http://item.mobileweb.ebay.co.uk/viewitem?itemId=221118158601&index=5&nav=SEARCH&nid=96421773426 mainly wanted a plasma as it will come in handy for my workshop so the tig and arc are abit of a bonus. I have a Clarke 150te mug which struggles over 3mm so the arc will come i handily now and then, sure it does not hurt to learn these other types of welding! What are parts and consumables like to get a hold of? Need to say its not something that will nOt get used day in day out, and my budjet is low

Quite a large input current (max) required for MMA and Cut. So you will need a dedicated supply for this if using to full capacity.
