If you're using celly, I've found that even with the use of UPOL plastic primer, the celly did still crack somewhat on areas which flex.
for flexible stuff you need a plasticiser to make the paint remain more flexible not plastic primer
I think the C White member might have not left enough flash off time ? I had a 20 degrees C temp when doing mine and the car's inner wings were lukewarm beforehand, not cool to the touch. Im not sure why it would crack because mine hasn't anywhere.
Celly is not being supplied anymore from what ive been told, its now acrylic solvent base coat, unless the celly word is over used somewhat ?

I did exactly as it said on the tin, perhaps your inner-wing doesn't flex as much as a plastic front bumper. It took a few months before the cracking at the flexible edge happened so perhaps you have that fun to come?.
