Hi All,

Purchases this welder as it was a bargain, Im not expecting it to be great but would love to find out the make/model so I can get spares / tips / shrouds / regulators etc for it.

Anyone seen one before?

Should add I already have a better auto-darkening helmet, used one like this one and almost set fire to my everythings.

Looks a bit like a small Cebora, isn't their any information on the back of the machine?

Looks like the Sureweld Monomig 101 I had a few years back, mine was a decent little welder, I'm sure Weldequip can sort you out with consumables. Look on Google Images.

Years ago, I had one very like it, except that it had a Max/Min switch as well as 1/2 for power. Made in Italy and IIRR sold by Halfords? The same plastic cover over the wire feed too. Worked pretty well for a few years, until I tripped over my current Kemppi.
But I used pub gas and made a spool carrier off the back for the wire, as the little reels were not available where I lived. Looking at the 80amp rating, I think mine was called a 110, but actually around 90/100amps. Taught me a lot.
The low duty cycle of 15% at 80amps, if similar, was not a big problem as I used it for short runs and it did not cut out. Have to admit, I probably did not actually understand about duty cycles when I bought it around 1987?
