please help me to work out the problem .
i need such type of chemical which can slove the problem of steam leaking from the welding work . i have one small vessel. in this vessel, i produce heat till 250 degree centigrade by the boiling of water.and pressure creaeted till 350 PSI.
i have welded a tube in this vessel for preocess of melting pvc. i am faceing problem of leakage creating in the welding portion of the welded joint. so any one will help me to suggest any chemical which i can add with the water and my welding joints leakage can be stop.we can say this is water tube and fire is out the tube.

Very much agree, and don't use it until above has been done. That vessel is dangerous

There must be a problem with the material or the equipment used for welding.

No, you need to know the material its made of, the process your using. Chemicals will not make a difference until you can cure this mechanically

I have cured leaks in lower pressure systems by breaking in egg into the water but leaking welds at 350psi.....that is serious bomb pressure with steam..As above do you know what grades of steel were used for the vessel and are you using compatable rods?

Yes, you could try some rad weld....

Or you could find out the materials you are working with, and get a competent welder to put the bits together properly and tested.

If the weld is leaking, that is obviously due to a serious defect, which should be addressed promptly.

Don't mess around at that pressure ,find someone who can weld , preferably qualified and pay them to do the welding ,much safer in the long run ,
