What size and material rivets? Lazy tong, lever or plier type?

cant remember the name but my plier type from the USA must be over 40 years old...still good.....
bought a cheapy set of lazy tonges from China at least 12 years ago ....also still good.....

I have the bahco set, works well enough
Many years ago, when I was 18 and building my first kit car, the dad's old Gesipa rivet gun would not properly pull rivets. Complained about it, and my mum said had I tried oiling it . . . stupid idea I thought, but in desperation, tried it . .
34 yrs later, it still works. Needed the odd bit of lubrication to allow it to slide against the rivet stem to then be able to then properly pull it.

Hand plier type. The ones you use with just one hand. Small steel rivets.

I find them very hard to pull.
I don't think you can beat Gesipa.

Yes but, well you know
they are mighty , I borrowed the older version when I was stage building , the thing I found was that they pull nicely and dont have that nasty snap at the end that some air riveters have ,, spendy but they are quality ,,, they never actually seem to get cheap on flea bay either,

You won't go wrong with any of the good makes such as POP, Lobster, Gesipa, Marson IMO
