I have just bought this compressor and have a bit on the back that you plug the airline into. The cylinder part is leaking a lot of air. Does anyone know what it's called and can it be taken apart? I have attached a picture of it.

pressure regulator..cheap as chips on the bay of idle pigs..Oh and welcome to the forum..

Thank you for reply, I know the top part is a pressure regulator but it's the bottom piece. I have looked on the web and can't find that bit or is it a whole unit?

Do you mean the blue bit (air receiver) or the grey bit on right (pump)

It's this part, I've managed to take it apart and the inner seal has split. I'm trying to bodge it lol

Haven't seen one quite like that but it will all be part of the regulator

Most regulators aren't bottom fed so you might have to get some pipework to fit the new one
