No, the compressor will only draw the current it requires, the socket can supply up to 32A.
The compressor should have it's own protection built in, fuse, overload etc.

As above, the supply cannot 'push' more into the compressor, the motor 'takes' what it wants, a 32amp supply would do only good, as long as the compressor is self protected.
