It would be convenient for me to mount the pressure switch on the pipe from the pump to the receiver (obviously after the NRV) but is this a good idea?
Does it need to be mounted on a separate port from the receiver, so as to benefit from any (?) dampening effects of the receiver?
(im thinking that the pipe to the receiver must have peaks in the pressure when the pistons come up to TDC)
The switch obviously incorporates hysteresis anyway, so im inclined to think that there is no problem.
