price for job lot of rods?

I've been offered 340kg of Kobelco Trustarc rods(I assume 7016, but will ask); what are they worth? I've no need for them so will probably pass.

They are for high strength steels. Not your run of the mill DIY product. You can probably use them on MS but the chances are that they dont weld nicely and probably only on DC.

I'd imagine that anyone with a need for that sort of quantity would also be needing a defined quality, so would pretty well be obliged to buy new. I assume they are some years old.

If they are 7016s you couldn't really shift them on ebay as DIY rods because they almost certainly won't strike and run with a buzz box and the complaints would overtake you.

Would you want them as a gift, dropped off at your place? I wouldn't.
