primer filler issues help

i am using cappi 2k primer filler high build i mixed it at 2-1 activator with some celly thinners .its supposed to be 4-1 primer to activator .This primer filler at 2-1 is stupid hard to sand. would this wrong ratio cause primer to go stupid hard when cured .
could the celly thinners cause primer to go stupid hard .
or is it these cappi primer

Why are you using cellulose thinner in a 2k product?

Mix it as per the tds at 4:1 with the correct thinner.

well heres a story it turned out to be the wet and dry paper tried some production paper =another universe even comparing 120 against 120 this duff wet and dry

if its 2k then u should mix following the guides some say add 5-10%thinners if it says 2-1 still need a bit of thinners
