Printing Polyurethane?.

Hello all.

I'm not into 3d printing but is it possible to print in polyurethane (like Powerflex Bushes) or similar material?.

I need to make some form of clamp for my brake hoses and though the part in red in the drawing could be an option (using a clamp around it and the coilover to secure).

There's a couple of pretty poor pictures attached.

The idea is to secure the hose without pinching it really.

Yes. The filament sold as TPU is Thermoplastic PolyUrethane. Sold in various shore hardnesses and colours.

Commercial hydraulic hose clamps seem to be polyproyplene or polyamide (nylon) PA6.

Unless you want to take the fitting off the line and poke it through the hole in the clamp, the sketch you show might have to be reworked.

I was going to have a split / cut in the PU mount to allow the line to be fitted.

Those could be 3D printed in two parts.
Held together by the screw if it were split down the middle . Plus easy to install.

They do a fully split version for Quads but the diameter is only 1.25 inches and I need 2" (51mm).
