problem with torch ,trigger just stoped working gas and wire feed on a cebora panter 180

hi there please can anyone help my cebora panter 180 mig , my torch trigger just stopped working no gas or wire feed power on welder is on with green light , is there a fuse inside left panel or a diode ?

Well you need to ascertain if it's the trigger switch, the wires in the torch, or the actual welder.

I'd start by unscrewing the torch and with a bit of wire jumping the switch terminals.

many thank for quick responce i was welding and no problem for a while then it sudenly stopped don't thing it the trigger how ever jumping thr wires on the torch will this caue a problem ?

No it's the same as pulling the trigger, will rule out the trigger switch, then you continue the diagnostic procedure.

How old is it?

And is the euro torch connector tight, with no corrosion?

15 years old had it from new ,never had problem before , are there fuses behind the panel ? as i've never remove the left one before

No harm in pulling the panels off.

Check the switch, the euro torch connection, fuses, then it's the contactor.

Try tapping it.

Could be stuck.

Start with the switch, or borrow a spare torch.

Good to hear you've got it running again. Is there rust on the welding wire or feeder wheels? If there's rust on the feeder wheels you should replace some or all of the feeder assembly - there are cheap generic units on ebay.
If there's rust on the welding wire then you need to fling the wire in the bin along with the liner in the torch umbilical and replace them.
