Progress Pillar Drill

Hi Folks.

What would be a reasonable price to pay for this Progress Pillar Drill.

The table has quite a bit of damage from drill bits.

It's a No.1, probably £200-£300 depending on the state of the rest of the drill

Less than that, £100 should be a fair price for a no1, £200 will get you a No2GS if your patient. Quite often they appear for sale well under £100

I don't know where you're looking, but if you can pick up a good 2 for that money you're doing well.

Floor standing or bench mounted? I had a restored progress no. 1 that I was unable to sell for £50. Ended up selling the table, pulley and motor as parts. Kept the solid column as useful steel stock.

@Anthony Spencer I have a couple of 2gs (without tables) sat on a pallet, heavily greased and covered over. If you are local and are able to source a table this could be a good option for you.
