After a little tweaking it cuts beautifully square and most importantly to me nice and quietly all by itself..
The work clamp is temporary as I'm making a clamp which I can rotate for angles etc.. Making a robust one rather than use a cheap one which break far too often... Other than the phase three motor the blade and the bearings it's made from bits and pieces lying around in the main tig welded together and cut threads.. Hardest bit was keeping things level and symetrical, but we got there in the end... Muchly worth it too..
