propane regulater

can any body help me i have got a propane space heater but the regulator is missing it says on the heater it needs a regulator with a pressure of 0.3bar i have got a regulator but the pressure on it is 37mbar would this be ok to use how much difference is there between 0.3bar and 37mbar which is the lower pressure 0.3bar or 37mbar

37mbar would be 0.037 bar.

Propane heaters/stoves etc fall into high and low pressure versions. Looks like you have a mix of the two.

thank for that but is that higher or lower than 0.3 bar and do you think it would work .

High is usually adjustable from 0 to 0.6 bar.

Low is usually fixed around 25-40mbar (0.025 to 0.040bar).

0.037 bar is definitely a lot less than 0.3 bar.
