Ha I can do a few but it's not for me. Paying one this one and a good profit one too. Built completely out of offcuts that have been laying under the bench for yonks and have been paid for.
2 hours work.
Just needs the mounting points putting in and done. Coating wasn't included so that's up to them to get done I'll just finish it up.

Private user to mount outside. They give me the preferred design and I quickly knocked it up.
Yes good ones are dear. Tbh I haven't saved them any money with this one either but it's well built and to there own spec.

Right. As with everything I make it leaves me at the shop door.
I'll make sure the welding can hold the weight but if it ends up round his neck that won't be my doing.
It will be finished to take 6 m10 raw bolts 2 top and bottom and 1 one on each side.

Correctly fitted into the wall you could hang a car off that amount of m10 no doubt

Fitting out quality gyms to clients requirements can be very profitable if you get in with the right people they will pay for good stuff. Or at least they did up to the 90s

Of course. Nothing worse than open box/tube ends. Looks unfinished. They'll have to take them out before coating mind. I'll provide spares if they break them. Only a few pence each.

30x30x2.5 I think. It's certainly solid and in constant use so I'm told.
