I bought one of the FMT 3600 HVLP mini guns on ebay. Went to use it today but it's blowing back past the threads of the nut that holds on the nozzle. Took nozzle off and there is no seal between the nozzle & gun body. Should there not be a seal there, maybe a thin white teflon one? I tried an o-ring and it stops the air leak but it alters the position of the tip in relation to the nozzle.
Also the knob for adjusting the fan is very wobbly, as if the shaft it is running on is very loose in its housing.
Has anyone else experienced these problems? I know they are a cheap gun but they should at least work properly. I only paid £10 for a hvlp gun in lidl on Thursday but it's miles ahead in build quality compared to this one.
