Random HD Dust Pan

I got board while hanging around at the work shop this afternoon so I decided to make a HD dust pan to replace my knackered plastic one. It's made from 1.5MM galvanised sheet with a ridge at the front and rolled edge on top to keep it stiff. I think I can safely say it's bomb proof, all I need now is a piece of tube big enough to fit a handle bar grip on.

Nice one, can I have one?
Can you make a suitably indestructible brush to go with it?
Looks as though it would be great for throwing at the sodding chickens that wander into my workshop as well.
Last thought, how have you made it unloseable? A serious problem in my experience.

Unless it's made from 10mm plate it will either grow legs, or find the forklift. (don't ask who I know )

our manager got one of the apprentices to make up about 20 very similar to this because they got broke so often!
