Reciprocating Saws, which one?

From what everyone is saying Ingersoll Rand, Chicago Pneumatic, Bluepoint are the way to go. I have been looking at the 6 different ones on this site someone on here referred me to (bluepoint offer two very similar ones to IR). I don't fully understand all the figures and different specs etc . I am using it for cutting out small areas of rust in places where an angle grinder would be inappropriate and cut surrounding panels etc, just home hobby car restoration. Can people tell me which one they recommend or use and why it is good?

For body panels i'd go for Chicago Pneumatic CP7900

Thanks, have you seen this item or used it at all or just best from the spec? I have also been looking at the Ingersoll Rand IR4429, because it seems the same as the Bluepoint micro saw for getting into tight spaces.

The hardest part is that nowhere around here has them for me to take a look at.

I would say forget the Bluepoint , my experience is you pay over the odds for the name.
I have used the CP stuff for years , with no problem. I dont think for the stuff you are talking about you need super detail cutting. Just a tip as well , try to get one that takes standard hacksaw blades also , lot cheaper to replace. You can also snap them to the length you need etc.
As an aside i have also used the bosch detail saws for a while , 240v , just a bit bulky in the hand , but saves putting the comp on

I dont have a saw just going by the specs and the blades offered. I do like cp though so I could be biased.

I have one from Cengar, a Cengarette. It was pretty used looking when I bought it in the early 70's, so it must be pretty good, I bought it and an old IR Die grinder for 50P in a junk shop. It takes 1/2 hacksaw blade.

Just looked up Cengar, they have VIDEOS
on the site, my saw looks liek a cross between the very small one and the one being used to saw pipes.

Used to be standard issue to the fire service, ran them from air bottles to cut cars up before the "jaws of life" hydraulic gear was used.

It is, very low vibration and noise, and cuts Sooooooooooooo much better than anything else I have used and I've used a few

Air Supplies - the CP one you sell, what is it like? Can you put any hacksaw blades in it, or does it take special blades. The blades look like they have a special hole to hold them in place?
