Recommend me spray guns

Right, wanting to get a couple of decent spray guns. Will need a touch up one for just sorting little bits & bobs and a proper one for spraying full panels, etc. My compressor has a CFM rating of 14 CFM displacment & 9.5 CFM free air delivery, so both need to be able to work with my compressor (not at the same time tho).

Not really sure where to look, had a look at Machine Mart, but something tells me to avoid them, because they probably won't be that good at £25. Not looking to spend 100's, but just want 2 decent spray guns for a reasonable price that will produce good results when used correctly.

sealy guns will get by,as long as its hobby use.
if your taking up spraying all day,every day.look at devillebis,iwata,sata.
great guns,but at a price.

Won't be for serious work, just hobby use as you say. Quite interesting you mention Sealey guns tho. I was just on justoffbase.co.uk and saw this spray gun and this touch-up gun. Both of which will work with my compressor. What do you think of those mate? Reckon they should be able to provide a decent finish and not just spit blobs of paint?

Devilbiss FLG 5 gun... about £70 IIRC (gravity or suction models), excellent kit & will always be able to get spares.

Nearly as good as their SRI/GTI stuff for a fraction of the cost.

Personally I cant get a better finish with their more expensive guns.... but I don't do it professionally & they are rather nice bits of kit

If you want cheap then the clarke pro range is OK, I use one for primer/oxide on most things & can get a reasonable finish without too much grief.

I like the DeVillbis or Sata guns personally BUT i had a mate that was raving about a £20 HVLP gun he bought off ebay and said was very good.

I gave it a go expecting to having to flat and polish a fair bit but this was the out the gun finish i got, pretty good i would say for a £20 gun !!!

Nobody was more surprised than me mate, Those ebay guns are exact copies of the GTI Devillbiss gun, Not sure how long they would last though but at £20 odd they are worth a try.
