Regulator for big Clarke Compressor - Need Help Choosing

Im just about to order a regulator for my Clarke compressor (28cfm 1 ph se29d270 ). Dont want to go crazy, looking to spend about £30-40. Im using the compressor for blasting and need to get maximum airflow possible out of it.

I have narrowed it down to a couple of 1/2" regulators based on airflow:

Im thinking on going for the second one (6000 l/m at 6 bar), because it seems to have more airflow. Which one should I go for?

If im running more than 6 bar (on the second one), does that mean more airflow ( more L/M ) ?

get the largest posible and use euro couplings and half inch hose

4k l/m is 141cfm, so quite a lot of headroom.

How important is filter size for drying air for blasting? Cheap ones seem often around 50 microns. Just got a Draper with 10 micron filter.
