removable gate

Hey everyone im looking for some help/ advice.

Ive been asked to make a gate that can be lifted off. Its for a shop front to stop people going in and smoking at night. Obviously i need it reasonably light, just made it out of 30x8 flat bar surround with 16mm twisted bar uprights but its far too heavy. Its roughly 1500x1500

any ideas on what i could do? Ive made this but thinking maybe split it down the middle?

If its not really for physical security, being removable, why not use lighter materials? 30x6 and 12mm - or a design that uses less metal, either mesh or some fancy but light filler.

I wouldnt split it in half... why dont you have one at 500mm on hinges but a slip bolt into the ground and the main gate 1 metre so it shuts on to the smaller one.
And I love the idea of a no smoking sign... simple and hopefully effective
