Sorry if this has been done already...
I've been trying to remove the front doors from my car for some time so I can do some welding. First step was WD40 the hinges every day. Second step was brute force with a club hammer and bar - still stuck. Third step was buy a door pin remover - as I suspected it didn't work.
Fourth step - weld a nut to the top of the door pin and then use a socket and bar to get some movement into the pin. A few nuts of the nuts sheared off but eventually I managed to work all of the pins out...with the help of a hammer and punch. I think the heat from the weld also helps to free the pins.
