repairing damaged tooling (folder)

There's one section of the tooling on this Hydroform I bought that shows up when folding alu. The rest isn't perfect but this one's the worst...been used to bend pipe or flatbar or something

tried dressing it with file/grinder/sander but not much help

so.....any idea how much it would be to get the entire tooling (8ft..6 sections i think) machined back to a clean straight edge

or any chance of welding/dressing the really bad section? oir will the weld just break off/warp the tooling?

I think I'd chance a high nickle welding rod for a spot repair, then get it reground........BUT FIRST ask advice ......
best people to ask for this kinda grinding are the printers......they are always getting their guillotenes resharpend, almost the same job.....they may even repair it for u..........
wish I still had mine and the heavy treadal guillotene, can't remember the makes........but u can't keep everything........
