Hi, I seek advice before buying this compressor:
RK Machinery,
Standing 80 gal tank, 7,5 HP dual stage compressor.
Model CH-7580V-DS
The guy is asking 1500$ CAD.
I have no idea on it's manufacturing year but the seller could give me that. He is also very open and cooperative as I have the possibillity to go and inspect the compressor in action in a bodyshop where it is now installed as backup unit.
I need this for my own personal bodyshop at home and I feel that the price is a little to high to call it a good deal.
What would be a fair price for it, given that it pass the on site inspection and everything looks good?
What should I check and how, when I go inspect it?
I already asked RK machinery for service manual but they did not answer yey.. Anybody know where I can get some documentation on this machine?
