1.6 mm is the smallest Rod

See above though if you have an issue dealing with thin on stick - run electrode negative on a 6013. , even run it downhill

1.6 as above but realistically it's 2.5. I say that because smaller than this can be a bit of a pita to get nice results from.
Why do you need the smallest.

Hi , am selling my mig welders and I will buy cheapo inverter stick welder for basic jobs , to old to phaff with cars and landies , just want the facility to glue some metal together for brackets ,stands or whatever, poss some thin stuff as well , rare usage and doesn't warrant gas cylinders hire etc, Thanks for kind replies,
